Terms of Service

These terms form a binding agreement between Wysdom Labs Ltd, trading as Soba (“Soba”, “we”, “us”), and the person or organisation that creates an account or otherwise uses Internl (“you”). They include limits on our liability in sections 11 and 12.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Internl, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it. If you do not agree, do not use Internl.

2. The Service

Internl is a workspace for teams: issues, pages, messages, a CRM, a team calendar and AI agents that work on your team’s behalf, together with the integrations you choose to connect (the “Service”). Internl is under active development. Features may change, and we will give reasonable notice before removing one you rely on.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
• A workspace is shared with its members. Whoever invites people to a workspace is responsible for who they invite, and the content of a workspace is visible to its members.
• Keep your contact details accurate. Notices sent to the email address on your account count as received.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Internl to:

• break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or help anyone else do either;
• send spam, or contact people in a way the law or the connected service does not allow;
• access a workspace, account or record that is not yours, or probe or test the security of the Service, except by reporting a vulnerability to us;
• distribute malware, attack any system or person, or overload the Service;
• scrape the Service or use your access to build a competing product.

5. Integrations

When you connect Google, Notion, Calendly, Slack, Telegram, GitHub or another service, you authorise Internl to access it on your behalf, as that connection describes and our Privacy Policy explains. Your use of each service stays subject to its own terms. You can disconnect any of them at any time. We are not responsible for a third-party service or for changes it makes that affect Internl.

6. AI agents

Internl’s agents run on AI models, on your own computer or with an AI provider your workspace chooses, under that provider’s terms. An agent acts with the access you give it, and its output may be wrong. Review what an agent does before relying on it, and do not give it access you would not give a teammate.

7. Your content

You keep all rights in what you and your team put in Internl. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit and display it only to provide the Service to you. The licence ends when the content is deleted. We do not use your content to train AI models. Soba owns the Service itself, including its software, design and brand, and gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while these terms are in force. If you give us feedback, we may use it freely.

8. Fees

Internl starts with a free trial. After it, using a workspace requires a paid subscription at the price shown when you subscribe, billed in advance through Stripe. Fees exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where they apply. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable, including for a partly used period. We may change prices on 30 days’ notice by email, taking effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

9. Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep Internl available, but do not guarantee any level of availability. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-efforts basis. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot recreate.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Internl and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend an account immediately where reasonably necessary to respond to a security incident, a breach of section 4, a legal requirement or non-payment, and will tell you why. Either party may end these terms if the other materially breaches them and does not fix it within 30 days of notice. When they end, your access stops, and you may ask us to export your workspace’s content for up to 30 days. Sections 7, 11, 12 and 14 survive.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, INTERNL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT ANY AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY TWELVE MONTHS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We will update the date above when these terms change and, for a material change, email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect and we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

14. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Internl. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of our business. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Before starting proceedings, contact us at [email protected] to try to resolve the dispute. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
